You can pay for your ePaper Subscription monthly or on an annual basis using any major credit card. The charge will show up on your credit card from PressReader/Newspaper Direct as “PRESSREADER EPAPER RICHMOND BC.”
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance every month and are renewed automatically.
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full 12-month period and renew automatically at the end of each annual term.

As an ePaper subscriber, your subscription qualifies for the Digital News Subscription Tax Credit. You can claim the total amount paid for your Postmedia Digital subscription during the year 2024. Postmedia’s QCJO number is Q9469016. For more information regarding the Digital News Subscription Tax Credit, please visit our Tax Credit page. The Canadian government introduced the Digital News Subscription Tax Credit that subscribers can claim on their personal income tax and benefit return from the years 2020 to 2024.

Once you cancel, we will stop charging your account for the following billing cycle. All ePaper subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the ePaper, including access to the online publication, until your subscription expiry/cancellation date. We cannot refund promotional offers or gift cards.
What is the difference between ePaper and Online Access?
The ePaper is a page-by-page replica of the day’s printed newspaper — including all stories, sections, photos and ads — and provides the in-depth coverage and features found in our daily printed edition newspaper. The ePaper also allows you to translate articles into other languages, magnify text or easier reading, and share stories with friends.

Please follow these steps to manage your account online:
- Visit the website of the publication you subscribe to and look in the top-right corner.
- Click “Sign In” to sign into your account. Once you are signed in, you can click “My Account”
- Select “My Subscriptions” under “My Account”
- In the Online Access box, click “Manage”
- From there, you will be able to manage your subscription (“Library” tab) and update your payment information (“Cards” tab) among other options

Why can’t others see my comments?
If you are using Edge, it is one of the browsers that blocks our commenting widget if any of a list of adblocker versions is turned on. How can I mute or unmute a commenter?
To mute a commenter you must click on the commenters display name. A pop-up will appear on the right-hand side of the screen and you must select “Mute.” To view the commenters you have muted you may click on “Community” in the same pop up. You can manage the commenters you have muted in this screen.

To enable close captioning, please click on CC in the video bar

To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link.

3. Enter your email address
In the dialog box that opens, enter your email address and proceed to check your email to receive a reset password link.

5. Set a strong new password
Enter a strong new password. Making sure it’s at least 10 characters long with a mix of letters and numbers, as well as a special character.
* Please note, acceptable special characters that can be used are “$, %, #, @, &, *”

6. Reset password
Once you’ve entered a strong password with at least 10 characters, upper-case and lower-case letters, at least one number and at least one special character, continue by clicking “Reset Password.”
7. You’re all done!

What is included in a Home Delivery subscription?
Home delivery subscribers can get the newspaper delivered to their door 5 days a week or just on the weekends. Home Delivery subscriptions include unlimited access to a publication’s website and ePaper, a digital replica of the print edition. Please visit your preferred publication’s subscription offers page to subscribe to a Home Delivery subscription. You can access this page via the Subscribe button at the upper right corner of the homepage when viewed on desktop, or at the top of the homepage on mobile to see features and prices.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your home delivery subscription at any time.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you contact us to cancel. Invoices for amounts owing are due upon receipt.
All home delivery subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the online publication, including the ePaper, until your subscription expiry/cancellation date. We cannot refund promotional offers or gift cards
Any subscription billing or payment inquiries must be brought to the attention of the publication by contacting us at the appropriate phone number below within 90 days of the charge date to be eligible for investigation and / or possible refund or credit. No refunds under $10.00 CDN.

An annual fee of $26.00 will apply to subscribers who receive a subscription renewal invoice through the mail. Contact us to save $26.00 per year by switching to a pre-authorized monthly payment plan.
