Postmedia Network Announces Election of Directors
February 10, 2023 (TORONTO) 鈥� 蜜桃传媒. (鈥淧ostmedia鈥� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) is pleased to report that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held in Toronto on February 9, 2023, each of the directors listed as nominees in the management proxy circular dated December 16, 2022 were elected as directors of the Company. Directors have been appointed to serve until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders.
