Postmedia Network Announces Election of Directors

January 11, 2019 (TORONTO) 鈥� 蜜桃传媒. (鈥淧ostmedia鈥� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) is pleased to report that at its annual meeting of shareholders, held in Toronto on January 10, 2019, each of the directors listed as nominees in the management proxy circular dated November 27, 2018 were elected as directors of the Corporation. Directors have been appointed to serve until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders.
